Booking

Bookings can be made via:

Once you get in touch, we’ll have a chat to ensure your dog and our setting are a good match. You will then be invited for a welcome visit to meet us and help your dog settle.

After this, your dog will have a trial day or night (depending on daycare or boarding requirements).

To register with us, we require:

✔ Completed booking form

✔ Up-to-date vaccination card

✔ Confirmation of flea & worming treatments

✔ Signed terms & conditions

Payment

Once booked, we will send an invoice.

• A £50 deposit secures your dates.
• The balance is due 14 days before the stay.
• Daycare is invoiced at the end of each month and payable within 7 days.

Daycare Timings

A booking covers 24 hours. Please ensure drop-off and collection times are similar. If you are running late, please let us know, as feeding and walking are planned around these times.

If you arrive late for your scheduled pick up, an additional daycare fee of £25 may apply.

Dog Requirements

• Dogs must be friendly and sociable
• Dogs must be independent sleepers
  – We do cater for crate-trained dogs, but they must be able to settle independently.
• Dogs must be comfortable around livestock (cows, sheep, ponies and horses are nearby)

We accept puppies up to one year old, unneutered or unspayed, provided they are house trained. Puppies are charged at £50 per 24 hours (instead of £40).

Seasonal Rates

• Christmas & Bank Holidays: charged at double time

Care & Feeding

We keep you updated with regular pupdates throughout your dogs stay.

Owners must provide:

• Their dogs own food
• Any medication

All dogs are fed separately to prevent conflict.

We offer local lead walks only.

Our registered vet practice is Church Road Vets in Maismore.
